As a vital member, you'll work closely with our Project Managers, ensuring seamless operations and delivering projects with breathtaking speed. Your exceptional people skills and impressive verbal communication will be put to the test as you handle multiple tasks and prioritize like a pro. • Drive to properties daily throughout the designated area
• Inspect properties for occupancy
• Make general assessment on the current conditions and quality of neighborhoods and communicate with project manager
• Deliver Change of Ownership forms
• Install and pick up lock boxes, ensure keys are at properties when needed
• Deliver checks to contractors and vendors as well as, picking up and delivery of supplies
• Oversee lockouts and trash outs
• Assist in light construction management and furniture staging
• Support our acquisitions team by bidding on properties at courthouse steps as needed
• Negotiate relocations and cash for keys as needed
• Use our proprietary systems and mobile tools to streamline data quick and efficiently
